Our construction teams are primarily our dedicated workforce and can cover the full spectrum of trades within the building sphere – from professional carpenters, builders, plumbers and electricians through to plasterers, decorators, bricklayers, groundsmen and landscapers. We heavily focus on customer service, so will adapt and flex to suit the changing need of the clients or architects as we progress, as well as completing regular reviews.
From a commercial perspective we provide transparent project costings, these are kept simple and visible so all those involved are clear on all financial implications from conception to completion. We operate projects to very high standards of cleanliness, professionalism and discretion, we maintain all the required H&S standards, training and accreditations, liaising with the required governing bodies. For some longterm clients we provide unique services outside of the parameters of “normal” construction projects, these include aftercare support, ongoing maintenance support and personalised property management.
